  • Afternoon classes – First class :16:45 till 17:30 / Second class :17:45 till 18:30
    • Monday 1st class Hilo ,2nd class step
    • Tuesday 1st class step ,2nd class box
    • Wednesday 1st class Hilo ,2nd class step
    • Thursday 1st class bootcamp endurance, 2nd class interval training
